Nice and standard hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only problem was that we could not check in before 3 and therefore we missed our shuttle to the wedding, had to pay an expensive Uber to barely get there in time.
Very nice and clean 2 bedroom suite. Safe card access required even during the day. Ample parking. Comfortable beds, had everything we needed except for dish soap and a kettle. Nice aand clean very warm salt water pool and hot tub. Large TV's in the living room and bedrooms. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The staff are very warm and welcoming, the only issue I had was with the manager at the breakfast buffet. It closed at 9:30 and we were just finishing up but wanted some waffles for the children before we left. It was 9:40am and he was a little rude when we asked if we could make one more.
I was very impressed by the friendly staff at this hotel! Upon entering the check in desk, we were greeted by a friendly, smiling employee who very efficiently checked us in and explained where everything was and the services offered. Date of check in was Friday, Sept. 14th, so this young gentleman should be recognized! All of the staff that we met in in the hallways took the time to say hi as well as the morning employees at the breakfast area. It is not too often that I have experienced such nice employees. Great job by everyone at this hotel. I also really liked the rooms (we had a suite) with 2 bedrooms. Very roomy and clean. The breakfast area was quite nice with a very good variety of food to eat. I loved the scrambled eggs! Thank you to the cook. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars mainly because of the great staff. Keep up the great work!!
During my stay, I've encountered numerous issues with guest services and there is a complete LACK of customer service at this location. The pool was closed upon my arrival due to unexpected maintenance. I thought fine, that's understandable. However, now the wifi is down throughout the entire hotel because they're switching service providers. No accommodations were made to provide wifi, which is supposed to be included, in the hotel during the interim and there will be no service again until after my departure. As I'm a business traveler, I cannot open sensitive materials on the hardwired public computers in the lobby. Very disappointed in the location for not having the foresight to warn guests to such a planned predicament. Will not be staying at this location in the future and plan to avoid Residence Inn by Marriott in entirety when I expect more than a bed to sleep in.
My wife and I stayed 3 nights and had the best time highly recommend. Rooms are fantastic like little condos, separate bedroom and ensuite felt like home immediately. Pool and hot tub were clean and working perfectly. Staff were genuine and helpful.We will definitely be returning for a romantic weekend asap.
