Big room well cleaned with a good breakfast. Service was good in all aspects and the hotel is just off the 401 so you can stop, sleep and go or stay awhile and enjoy the pool and visit the surrounding areas. This is a nice clean hotel. $$$$. :-/
Well, my stay was fine. BUT we were at this hotel after a wedding, and the hotel somehow overbooked the bride & grooms room!! Even though they showed up early to let the hotel know that they would be checking in late after the wedding was over. Hotel customer service was less then helpful. One of the other wedding guests ended up giving up their room to the newlyweds...
Room was nice, but the main desk tried to rip my friend off for her deposit. They tried telling her when she verified our room was fine, that the deposit was now non-refundable. Because of this, I will never go back. You can't treat people like that and not expect something back.
Service was great at this hotel and breakfast had many choices. The hotel itself could use many updates and had a general unclean vibe to it. This holiday inn just doesnt match up to others of the same name. Needs some love to spruce it up.
Hotel was nice and clean. Location was great, just off 401. My room was located close to elevator and ice machine, was loud. Other then that, my stay was pleasant
