Dang has been helping my wife and I with our mobile needs for a little while. He has always made sure we found the best phone and plan for us at the best available price. Today, I brought my Dad in to get a new phone. My dad is not very tech savvy but Dang was incredibly patient and helpful!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Dang at the Mobile Shop, Whitby. It was time to upgrade my IPhone. Dang gave exceptional service. I brought in my IPhone 13 for an upgrade to I16plus. He went through all the numbers and I was happy with my new choice. He said this won't be to long of a process, Boy was that wrong. What should have been a couple of hours ended up being a 3 day problem. He tried several times to request an outport from Bell into Rogers and the request just couldn't go through as the phone was listed on another serve provider, Dang had all three companies trying to solve the problem and nothing worked. Dang suggested we change the phone number and that might solve the problem. Dang never gave up, was incredibly patient, kind and always trying many suggestions to solve this without having to change my number, after exhausting all possibilities we changed the number and only after many tries it worked. In the time I spent in the store I got to see how Dang was with staff and other customers, patient, knowledgeable of all stock and all provider plans available and of course cost and upgrades to service and phones. It did take longer to complete this upgrade but I am glad I went to the Whitby Mobile Shop and met Dang, What a great guy and always a gentleman. Thank You Dang.
Dang was the most amazing and patient Sales Rep. He took the time to explore the best options for myself, husband and friend. He helped port, transfer data and explain all the nuances of the phone, plan, rewards etc, etc. He really took good care of us. I truly appreciate this level of service. Highly recommend that you come look for Dang.

Dang is amazing to deal with. All these bad reviews are completely wrong. Dang helped My boyfriend, his sister and myself to new deals with new phones. He’s extremely patient and makes sure he finds the best deal possible. Everyone needs to stop being so insensitive this isn’t an easy job and no one appreciates the work he is doing for you. Anyone definitely recommend giving Dang a visit for a great deal on a phone and plan!
Dealt with Dang on getting a new phone plan with PC mobile and the process was seamless. I was able to get a great deal and the porting process was done while I was in store. Service was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend checking it out!
