Walked into this Telus location without an appointment and was helped right away. I had a complicated issue and Kyron was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what could be wrong, and I left with all of my questions answered. Customer service like this is rare these days, especially for a walk-in. Kyron showed a high level of knowledge, and Telus is lucky to have him.
Locked door and photo ID to enter. No thanks. Very unwelcoming. Turned around and brought my business elsewhere. I understand they may have loss prevention strategies but this isn't how you deal with it. Our patronage is a privilege, not the other way around.
Went in to port my number over. The guy working there had no idea what he was doing, the other person working did know but just didn’t want to get involved and help out. Ultimately wasted 30 minutes of my time not knowing how to port a number over (should be straightforward given how frequently this can happen) Then they mentioned their store was closing and asked why I couldn’t make time to come the next day. I am now wondering why I should port my number to Telus and give them my business
Great experience! Had a prepaid plan set up and old number ported. Finley was very professional and helpful. He explained the porting process in detail in terms of what to expect, and provided his cell number so that in case the porting went wrong, I could message him to fix it up without visiting the store. The store is clean and well organized.
I highly recommend this Telus location! Finley was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They took the time to explain my options clearly and helped me find the best plan for my needs! I'm very impressed with the customer service!
Had a great experience Jan. 25/24 upgrading my phone! Om (who is actually from the Bowmanville location and was just covering) was very professional, kind and patient in explaining my options, transferring data between phones and guiding me on what accessories to get. Rami, whose name I saw in previous positive reviews, also took great care of the client sitting next to me - he even gave me some advice regarding air pods. Thank you Om and Rami for your excellent service!
I went to pay my brothers phone bill here. 3 guys were working. No one knows what’s going on. I guess manager or owner operator or store supervisor Andrew he should stay away from this job. He’s not polite and he doesn’t wanna help us out. They tired 5 times and didn’t finish the job. Please go somewhere to pay your bills or any service from Koodo or Telus. This place is not good place. Never coming back to this place.
