I came to the store on a friday morning and the gentelman that was working here was so helpfull thank you guys for such amazing service, chatr. Shaun was the employee that helped me out.
This is my third time where the store is not open as per the posted timings. Today is Sunday the store should open at 11:00 and it’s 11:30 am now. Last two times it was evening weekdays. Already chatr has closed there on call services. No we are left with stores like this where the customer service is even bad. No respect for people timings
I called customer service 2 days in a row. I was put on hold for over 3 hours and I wasn't able to get through to anyone from chatr. They took money out of my account when I wasn't using their service. When I called the store to explain my situation they didn't give me a refund and rudely hung up on me. I've just paid for a service I'm not going to use without getting a refund.
Went to this location Saturday Oct 19 at 2:30 pm and even though the open sign was on and google said open the door was locked an no sign on the door with any explanation. I waited about 5 mins and also called the store from outside and nothing. I have an account that needed topped up and had to visit Sunday instead which was a waste of time.
Great customer service by Nuzhat, she recommended me the best plan based on my usage and requirements. I would highly recommend to visit this store and ask for her recommendation
My cousin is visiting Canada for a couple months. We got him the promo "75 GB for 3 months". They cut it off after a month because he "didn't reply to a text message". We called the main 1-800 line, the automated message says he's out of credits we waited for a human for 45 minutes and nobody picked up. We called this location, where we got it they claimed there is nothing they can do unless we come in. Seeing as we're across the country in Vancouver that's a bit of a commute but apparently they can't do anything for us over the phone, even if it would evolved making sure that a plan we paid for works ... But they would be if we came in magically. So essentially you get what you pay for it seems.
Reached at store 7.40 pm, the woman sitting inside the store with locked door (likely playing games on her cellphone) refused to serve saying we were already late. The store's closure time is 8.00pm. Very nonprofessional.
