Didn’t have a pleasant experience getting my car fixed there , unfinished items, the rear quarter was glued together with a gap between , dirt in clear coat, they damaged safety items during the repair and when told them they refused to fix them. The accident wasn’t major but the cost was astronomical way over priced and now I’m left with a 1 year old car that has a 15k claim showing on the car fax, greedy and unprofessional
Brought my car in for some warranty work and to address some rust issues. They said the work would take 14 days. 30 days past and they released the car to me work incomplete but asked me to bring it back. 2-3 days they told me it would take to finish the job. 14 days it is finally done, but to my surprise when I picked it up none of the work was done and a new scratch was on my door. Do not take your car here if you don’t have too it is clown shoes here how they operate. I think the worst part is that the work was sub par. After seeing so many great reviews that is what sucks the most. Paint over spray on my doors and where they removed my rear window to place the new panels in they destroyed the paint on my roof and it will need to be further repaired. Update- after seeing my review they did take my car back to repair the unsatisfactory work without hassle. The ETA on how long it would take was still a little off but the Car is now finally repaired to my satisfaction. So I give kudos to making it right.
