Fix Auto - Whitby goes above an beyond every time I use their services. My car was written off and TD has been a nightmare, but Autumn and Tony have been AMAZING at walking me through the process and helping me stay in the loop. They even humoured my thousands of questions about trying to fix my car instead of buying new, and really explained the damages in detail to me so I could make the most informed choices. I won't ever bring my cars anywhere else.
Had to come back four seperate times to have them address issues with the repair work. After the fourth time there were still issues with the repair.. I contacted my insurance company who (after weeks of back and forth) told me to take to a shop of my own choosing. Avoid this shop.
Excellent body shop provided outstanding service. Employees are nice and friendly and treated me as a real valued customer. My Lexus ES still looks factory after they finished with it, true craftsmanship. I will not hesitate to return to Fix Auto Whitby.
Only stopped in for an estimate but the two guys working at the counter were extremely helpful, pleasant, and left me feeling assured and well taken care of.
All the Staff were very friendly, humorous and always professional. They did an amazing job repairing my Acura after an accident. My car was repaired in just 4 days & looked as good as new when I received it. I would definetly recommend these guys!
Got my car back within one week. It is a beautiful new car again that nobody knows actually one of the rear door was badly scratched if I don't tell. Excellent job, guys!
