I recently had my vehicle repaired at ACX Collision Centre and wanted to share my experience. There were definitely some positives, but also some serious concerns. Strengths: The paint match was done exceptionally well. The repaired area blends in almost perfectly with the rest of the car. Taylor was also very helpful throughout the process, which I genuinely appreciated. Concerns: The major issue came when I went to pick up my car and discovered that the entire vehicle had been scratched. I was told directly that a scrub brush had been used on my car, which explains the thousands of fine scratches covering the surface. This was extremely upsetting because I have only used touchless car washes for the past year specifically to avoid swirl marks and damage to the paint. They initially tried to return the car to me in this condition, which I refused. They agreed to polish and buff the car, but when I returned, the scratches were still very visible in sunlight. They took the car back again for a second polish/buff, and this time the result was much better. Most scratches were removed, though there are still some small ones visible in direct lighting—mainly on the driver door and a few other spots. The hood is also sitting ever so slightly higher on the drivers side (where the impact occurred) compared to the passenger side, so the alignment isn’t perfect, but it’s something I can live with. Overall: I appreciate that they eventually corrected most of the issues, but the process was honestly a bit frustrating and required multiple returns. As someone who is very particular about my car and expects a high level of detail and professionalism, this experience left me hesitant. I personally would not return to this location for future repairs or insurance claims, although others may have a smoother experience
Being in an accident can be difficult for many reasons, however, the level of customer service from them was 5 star. My representative Taylor and interaction with her was beyond amazing. She kept me informed along the way. Additional parts were ordered which prolonged me receiving my car back, but, I felt protected that they were ensuring superior customer service along the way. They arranged my rental service to ensure my time away from work was mitigated. Great job by all. I would recommend them 100%.

This is an excellent and phenomenal body collision repair shop that is absolutely customer-centric, professional, and does pristine and impeccable repair work. I have used Nurse Collision Centre twice in the last two years and have been truly impressed with their repair work, quality and reliability of the repair work, customer care, and meeting timelines. Both times, the repair was done top-notch and the cars were given back in factory-mint condition. Nurse's Body Shop Manager Fayyad is an industry professional and I found absolutely committed to ensuring that the customer is totally pleased and satisfied with the repair work. In the case of my most recent repair of a Hyundai Elantra, Nurse Collision Center actually performed top-notch repairs on the vehicle that was not part of the scope of their repair work to ensure my satisfaction. As a bonus, Nurse ensures that the car is returned back to customers in a clean condition. They vacuum and clean the car before customer pickup. The insurance company gave me a choice of collision repair shops to choose from and Nurse is always # 1 on my list and the only body repair shop I am comfortable having my car repaired at. I normally don't write reviews or recommend any businesses but it is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I write this 5-star review and enthusiastically recommend Nurse to anyone for any repair work. I guarantee that you will not be dis-satisfied. This is the best collision repair centre in the entire Greater Toronto Area.
Taylor handled my vehicle repair case. Very happy with my experience, she explained the process thoroughly from beginning to finish and even advised me on options of going thru insurance vs paying out of pocket. Definitely recommend this collision centre. Very quick service too, I was expecting 1-2 weeks for repair turn around, but turned out to be less! They also have a great partnership with Enterprise rentals so you can still have a car at a good price even if you don’t rental car coverage.
5 stars! I own a mustang and I did my research buy getting several quotes for my body work and paint blending!...Nurse team is amazing! Not only did they have a fair price in my opinion they detailed her inside out. She's more stunning than before her few injuries. They also gave me a 12 day expectation...they had her complete before the end of the 9th day! I can't thank them enough for the beauty they have returned to me. See the pictures. Thanks team!
