Went there to get a watch battery replaced and they advertise it would be done while the customer waits. But they asked me to come back and collect it after 4 hours. Wasted my time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We gave the gentleman 3 watches. 2 for battery change, (1 was completely dead and the other was barely ticking) and one to add links. He added the links. The watch that wasn't ticking at all, he said he can't change the battery, which is fine. The watch that was barely working,he claimed he changed the battery, which I paid him for. It totally stopped working. When I brought it back he said it's not their battery. Was trying to explain to him he didn't change the battery and I paid for the service. He was very argumentative, wouldn't let me speak or finish a sentence, claimed we were trying to get free watch battery and that he'll change it but he doesn't want me to come back again. Wow...as if I would go back...
I took 5 watches to this place for battery change and resize, the old man helping us today was extremely rude as he passed sircastic comments to make us feel he is doing us some free service. We ignored in the beginning just respecting the fact that he is a senior and it’s okay he might not be having a nice day. He asked us to come back after 20 minutes for one watch. When we were about to checkout and collecting the extra pieces after resize as he packed them together I was making sure we had all pieces from different watches as they all looked same, he laughed and said we are telling him that he stole our pieces. He insulted us in front of other customers in the mall. The attitude and customer service was terrible. I would never come back to this location.
Wonderful experience this morning at Roma House Watch Repair. The gentleman was quick to show me that both watches were missing pieces from previous repairs (not done at Roma House, as an fyi). I appreciated his honesty and this will be my go to for any future repairs/batteries needed. Thank you again!

Be very careful with this place. I gave the guy a cheap skull ring to fix, then I left it for about 3 weeks to a month. When I went back he denied ever taking my ring. The ring was $5 so I don’t care about that, but it’s just incredible that the guy would deny that he even knows who I am. He never gave me a ticket or receipt, which I’m wondering if he did that on purpose now in order to keep the ring. If the ring were valuable I would be losing my mind. I’m more perplexed than anything as to why he is denying he has the ring. Anyways, get receipts and probably just avoid. If he’s willing to rip off a cheap costume ring then I would trust him with anything of value.
Abdullah saved my watch from a novice who stripped one of the screws at the back of my watch. I wasn't wrong searching online for a watch repair that has a very good review. Just got my watch, very responsive and it's professionally done. I'm happy with it and I highly recommend this place for your watch repair.
