I recently purchased a vehicle from the team at Evolution Autos. I live over an hour away, but after shopping around they had the vehicle I was looking for and was attracted by the positive reviews and reasonable pricing. I was greeted by Mickey who was very friendly and accommodating. I had a positive experience when I test drove and inspected the vehicle. Aesthetically the car was in really good shape for being 9 years old. Unfortunately, after making my purchase, there were a number of significant issues almost immediately. The AC was not working the day I picked up the vehicle, despite it working during the test drive 5 days earlier. Loud noises from the front left and rear suspension developed within the first 2 weeks. I ended up taking the vehicle to my local mechanic for further inspection and was facing a significant repair bill. To be completely honest, I was quite frustrated to have immediate mechanical issues with a vehicle that was just certified. A detailed certification report was not available, despite asking for a copy when I picked up the vehicle. I do believe that the inspection and resulting work could have been performed to a higher standard. I was however impressed that Mickey stayed in touch with me throughout the process and we ended up coming to an agreement where they helped cover some of the repairs. Even though it probably cost more, they supported me to get the work done at my local shop so that I wouldn't have to return to Whitby. The professionalism shown after the purchase turned what could have been a really negative experience into something much better. I can't leave a perfect review this time, there was room for improvement, but in fairness, things happen and if they stand behind all of their sales like they did mine, it shows they do care a lot for their customers.
I don't even know where to begin. Tomas and Mickey are the absolute sweetest, honest, and most patient people I've met in a while! They sold me my 2014 Nissan and have helped me with anything I've asked. The car is beautiful and still running great after a month and a half. They helped me get the car road ready and even installed new winter tires on top of everything else. These 2 know how to take care of you well, from the sale to well after the purchase. If you're looking for a used car, and want transparent, open, and direct people who care about you, give these 2 a chance!
