I have been coming to 411 Drives since they opened up on Dundas in Whitby and my car won’t go anywhere else! These guys I swear are the best in this area! I always feel so safe when I leave with my car from there, no matter what they work on, if it’s repair or maintenance, they are honest and explain in a way I always understand, and very fair with their pricing. They have done follow up emails and calls. This place literally saved me from driving with gifted tires from someone that were so old they shouldn’t have been put on my car (another mechanic in Durham installed them knowing this) I will never take my car anywhere else but to 411 Drives, excellent care is given to their customers, I have experienced it and I’ve witnessed it too. I highly recommend this place for any and all auto needs. Whether to see a Mechanic or to purchase a vehicle! I feel like family and I feel safe when I leave there. They all care about their customers. So glad I came here long ago and I won’t see any other mechanic in Durham. I even received a phone call to remind me about putting on my winter tires and I was there the very next day. Thank you to Shaun, Amir and everyone else at ( can’t remember everyone’s name, sorry) at 411 Drives! You guys are appreciated!
I was here July 30 at 11:51 in the morning. The manager has such a bad attitude. She is so rude. I went up to her. I had two children. One of them got happy meal and the other one got big Mac as well as all six of us ordered a big order. I asked her my child is crying. She’s four years old. She really wants the toy which is cost no money and they have 1 million of them. She says no I cannot do that. I said just make an exception for once she’s crying. Try to feel bad for the little child. She absolutely refused and made my kid even more cried. This message will be absolutely forwarded to the head office, and I will take care of it. Stay away from this place. Don’t even go there. This manager should actually be taken care of.
BIG shout out to the guys over at 411 Drives! I was looking to buy my first car and I must say Umi and Shaun made the whole process a breeze. They walked me though the entire process as I am a first time buyer! Umi took it upon himself to make sure I got exactly what i was looking for! Great communication throughout and they got me approved without a sweat! I really cant thank these guys enough they really came through for me, I would highly recommend them for any car sales, maintenance or car related services you may need! After dealing with business with poor customer service and being satisfied with their product/service satisfaction, you really question who you can trust within this industry. However these guys were the best, they are the real deal and what every business should aspire to be like, hats off to 411 Drives!!!
Honestly one of the best customer experiences I've ever gotten at a dealership , there wasn't any delays on my purchase and everything was done on time , I would 100% recommend .
Very customer focused and patient , they answered my many questions and really took their time in holding my hand throughout the entire process , professional , warm and consistent service is the only way I could describe what I received, these guys treat you as if you’ve known them for years.
Went in there for a quick filter change , they started quoting me different prices from the price we set on the call but , most importantly the staff was extremely rude . I would not recommend for them for an oil change even . Update: they are clearly twisting the story . I called in first they told me they are completely booked . 10 minutes late they called me and said they “freed up a spot” . So I went according to the scheduled time . Regardless the customer service is terrible.
