I recently had my vehicle in for service with Whitby transmission. I had originally spoke with Denise who knew exactly what I wanted to have looked at. I booked it in for the initial look over, and they said that the they would be able to rebuild, not replace the unit. Honesty, who knew that existed anymore? Once the vehicle was ready, the bill was actually less than the original quote. A nice surprise. If you ever need transmission work done, and are hesitant, don’t be with Whitby transmission. Denise, Lee and the crew are honest straightforward people.

Highly recommend! Excellent Service. My jeep transmission had been slipping gears for months Ajax dealership kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. Jeep is 2020 under warranty. They still changed the transmission but nothing was wrong. The problem continued it was getting dangerous to drive. Took it to Mister Transmission in Whitby within an hour they had it diagnosed. It was dangerous and jeep is telling me they can’t “reenact” the problem. Gave them the codes Jeep won’t listen cuz they can’t diagnose the issue. As I write this it is back at another Jeep location who has now called a transmission specialist. Sean and Denise at Mister Transmission are amazing. Highly recommend this shop! Had my jeep not been under warranty it would be at Mister Transmission where I would have felt safe driving it after they fixed it! It would have been done right!
Took my car in for a suspected issue. They cleared my concern with my transmission and didn't charge a penny. I spoke with the tech and advised what my next steps would be. Great service
Really bad service they didnt even check the coolent was really low, engine was really hot. And coolent was boiling and leaking My husband drove car really slowly nd got there 4 clock they didnt even check that time whats wrong with the car. Second day receptionist called my husband there is no symptom, she said u guys can take the car please. Coolent was really low i asked her please tell me who diagnosed this car. I would like to talk to him. She didnt tell me even who did. Really cruel receptionist Rude. I never perfer any one to go there, even they are smoking in the garage whose smoking in the garage i never see any machanic like this. Aamco transmission 1000times better then mistet transmission ...
Donot go overhere.... first technician lie by saying filters are inside and when you show them on YouTube that it is possible... he shows his anger.... never leave your car with them unattended.... I doubt they even change my car transmission oil....... they are just making money by fooling you
Have had a front Diff rebuilt and a transmission rebuilt in a different vehicle along with other small repairs . Been going to Sean for years . Great and reliable service
