Everyone working at AAMCO today was super nice and very very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service centre to anyone needing help with their car.
Many of our family members have been going to Aamco for a few years now. They provide exceptional customer service. They are all very friendly, explain in detail what needs fixing and are upfront with costs. We would highly recommend them as your go to mechanics.
Whitby AAMCO was recommended to me by my long-time trusted mechanic after he retired, and so far the experience has been excellent. The team only works on what I ask for and has never tried to upsell me on things I don’t need. I really appreciate that they actually check the manufacturer’s manual to confirm what services are recommended, walk through it with me, and only offer their professional opinion when I ask. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that’s honest, straightforward, and respectful. Highly recommend.
I've been going to AAMCO for a few years now. I find the owner and staff very friendly and accommodating. They never tell me I need something done if it doesn't need to be. They like to go the extra mile as well. I don't feel like just a "number" here, I feel like an actual person. They explain things in terms that I can understand. AAMCO is my "go to" place whenever I need my car fixed.

The great reviews made me go to AAMCO but the exceptional service will have me going back. Booked my appointment online and got a follow up call same day. Went to my appointment today and left knowing there is nowhere else I want to go for my car needs in the future. Unfortunately they do not do body work, considering the list of services they do offer I cannot be upset and I was able to get a recommendation on where I could go. I also have to give a big shout out to Mark who works in the office, truly amazing customer service from him. Got a warm welcome, he was attentive and patient and answered all my questions. He also made sure to explain everything on my invoice to me. Overall a great experience, thank you AAMCO!
