Great experience with this shop this evening. After receiving less than stellar service from our regular shop, we searched for another option. Liz responded promptly to an email request for a quote for 4 all season tires. Ordered, received and installed all in one day. Staff were friendly and helpful during the process. Vibe seemed authentic and genuine. Would return to this shop for other vehicle maintenance.
Excellent service. In Whitby for the weekend from Ottawa and needed tire service. Took me in right away. Super friendly service. Got me back on the road! Super grateful.
Van Hemmen tires saved me. I had an appointment at another tire shop to have snow tires installed they messed me up I showed up and said they didn’t have the tires in stock and had to cancel the appointment I went to Van Hemmen right away as it was on along the way home from work and Chris was super friendly told him the whole situation and gave me a quote for tires and installation I then shopped around for tires found a set at Canadian tire and emailed van hemmen to see if they can get me in asap. Chris called me but wasn’t able to take the call I returned his call and Liz told me if I would like to come today Saturday November 15th I would be in an out within a hour I immediately ran to Canadian tire to pick the tires I will ordered and made my way to Van hemmen Liz and Chris were ready signed me in took my key right away after getting my info my vehicle was in their shop within 10 minutes and I was out within an hour I highly recommend van hemmen Chris and Liz area very professional and friendly made my day better big shout to them for saving my day and the struggle to get an appointment to have snow tires installed. Also big shout to their technician Mark for being quick but professional with my vehicle really appreciate the work guys
I never write reviews but did not want to miss this one .Hard to believe something like this operates in Canada. Rude, unprofessional, ignorant, not knowledgeable about types of tires and so on... The woman at the front desk should educate herself how to treat customers and how to talk to them. Not to mention they were trying to rip me off big time. Glad I did not let them change my tires. The owner seems ok man but needs to invest and educate his staff. Not sure who gives this shop 5 star.

I had brought in a flat snow blower tubeless tire, I was told to wait for 20min for a tube to be installed and within 10 min the job was completed. The price was reasonable as they have all the right equipment to perform the job. I'm really glad it was fixed so quickly as I had several failed attempts at home. Now I'm ready for the winter season. Thanks
My go-to tire and wheel shop locally. 2024 Update. Needed new snow tires rebalanced (noticed some missing tape weights.).. fit me in on very short notice and additionally, mounted the snows onto the car (last min decision to ask if they could do it; I typically do it myself)... great service and exceptional staff and owner. My go to place!
