My husband took his car to Kal tire in Whitby to get his winters switch first they broke 3 clips on his tonneau cover then he has to go back for low tires pressure and this is how they left his vehicle . Have some respect for other peoples property. Will never be going there again .
Top draw team … did some research, shopped around (Durham) - looked at several tires for my AT4, narrowed down to a couple of tires. Spoke with staff and I’m very pleased with my tire choice … also honoured ‘price match’ from another retailer. These guys work with tires and know the business - do yourselves a favour and see them!! Your tires are what keep you on the road … safe n sound. Another thing … spare no expense - you’ll be happier in the long run.
I showed up a little early. The gentleman who greeted me ensured me it was no problem, They got me finished and out the door a lot early! Thanks team, she rides great!
If I could give more stars I would! The impeccable customer service and knowledgeable staff that explained the technical concepts to me made this experience very easygoing and unstressful. Tyler was a great help and very understanding of my unique situation and solved all my problems after 6 months of trying to solve this issue with other tire shops. I will be coming back to this specific location for any other tire-related needs I might have in the future!
Went to Kal Tire last year received new summer tires. This year went again to replace a tire that was ruin by a nail. Needless to say through pandemic and getting it done, this team in Whitby, have been the best, friendly very fast on recieving products and work completion. Thxs Kal Tire will tell my friends/family. Definitely will be back if need be. Great Team
First time using Kal Tire for my annual tire swap. The booking system online was so simple and efficient. After my booking was complete I received a text message with my appointment details. Prior to my appointment I received a reminder text. Most importantly the guys at the shop were wonderful, and very helpful. I also had them install sensors. The whole process took 30 minutes and the price is great. Taking it back Mondsy for the torque. Very happy with this place.
I had a nail in one of the tires in my car. Went to one popular ( not taking names) ones. They said that tire needs replacement. I went to Kal Tire in Whitby. The technician was very good. He said it's repairable and it got repaired. Affordable charges as well and peace of mind. Great experience.
