Like everyone else, heard about Ken through other riders. Absolutely top tier experience, super knowledgeable and great pricing. Will only bring my bikes to him from now on.
Not sure why he has gotten so many 5 stars… I never even got to meet him, he’s very rude to his customers… short response, he doesn’t ever work until 6pm and doesn’t make time to meet you.. he’s terrible at owning a business as he’s honestly just rude!! I was referred to Ken to get my bike worked on but never even got the chance to meet him. as EVERY single day.. he doesn’t stay at his shop, he doesn’t try to make a plan with you.. he told me “he had somewhere else to be,, so…” he’s honestly just a rude person who is terrible with his customers.. if you wanna give your bike to him.. good luck making a plan to get it back as he is NEVER available to meet.. ever.. he’s made me leave work now 4x and every single time.. he doesn’t even stay at his shop, so never got to meet him.. extremely rude and unprofessional.. waste of time… whoever tells you to go to see this guy.. is wrong.. stop giving someone is a completely rude to his costumers your business.. I suggest to never get your mechanic work done with Ken.. as he simply doesn’t care about you or your needs.. he’s a very rude person
Great shop! They helped me with a wheel situation I was having. They were quick and went above what I was looking for. It's great to have a reliable shop nearby.
Ken has been looking after my Ducati bikes for years. He is the only person I trust to work on them. I can’t say enough positive about his work ethic and integrity.
Ken is an amazing guy, he’s knowledgeable and fair, always try to accommodate. I have taken multiple bikes to him and have been very happy with his pricing and work. I have been to other motorcycles mechanic shops and none have been as fair, professional and humble as Ken. I highly recommend this business and the owner.
There aren't many motorcycle mechanics in my area (Markham) so I decided to take my 03 Yamaha Vstar to Ken's for at safety inspection and Spring tuneup based on the past, good Google reviews. I'm glad I did because Ken did a fast but thorough job! He is very knowledgeable and an honest guy. I will be back and would recommend his services! Jaime
Was referred to Ken's Motoworks from a friend - couldn't be anymore thrilled with my experience there - quick and attentive work that's also reasonably priced - as a new rider I got to drill him with dozens of questions which he gladly answered. He even made a couple small tweaks to my bike that the dealership failed to do on delivery - wildly exceeded all expectations, even those I wasn't aware of.
