I have a motorcycle with tremendous sentimental value. I called to book the bike in for new tires, oil change and all the other fluids to be replaced, before the winter. There was a few other things that were suggested to me by the staff that I look into doing due to the age of the bike and mileage. Fast forward, I'm glad I did. When I got the call to pick up the bike, I headed down to the shop, preparing to pay the bill on the estimate that I was originally told. The bill had to be adjusted because the original quote was for more labour than was required. Not many shops would have done that, and I wouldn't have know if it was a 8 hour job or a 8 day job. Certainly recommend Eagle Eye Customs for work on your bike !!!
My first time there, I was made to feel welcome and listened to by both of the Bobs. They went over and above to address any issues I had with my bike and now it runs better than it ever did and it shifts buttery smooth. I now have peace of mind when I'm ridding. I have found the shop for all my service needs.
This is the only shop I allow to touch my bike ……Clear and accurate communication. Sound advice . Precision work. I could not ask for more. We have worked together for 10 years and they manage my maintenance and build outs…..Bob and his team have earned my trust and respect.

I have only good things to say about Eagle Eye. It's hard to come by shops and staff that care these days. Workmanship is top quality, expertise and customer service couldn't be better. I've brought my street glide in for lots of service and they never disappoint. Thanks guys!
Very poor service by Bob and his shop never going back even for an oil change. Very disapponting experience.Clearly seen in the video that Harman posted.
Editing to add the video of the wrongful doing (overcharged and an incomplete service). How convenient, any bad review, label it as defamation!! If I could, it would be a 0 star review. Enticed by the wonderful reviews, I went there. They were very professional to make a good first impression but the parts were overpriced by almost 40% over standard. I was told that it was the industry standard and paid but when I cross checked later with another shop, they said the usual prices are not that high and that it was way too high than the industry norms. I didn’t mind paying a little high because they are doing a business but it should be reasonable and no lies should be carried around to get a customer reeled in.
