Hey everyone if you have to use a facility to do your laundry Dundas Coin Laundry in Whitby is the place to go. It is clean and always has someone available to assist with machines issues. Having WiFi is an added bonus as well as wash dry fold service. The owner is friendly and welcomes all comments. Sharon
Conveniently located laundry. Used for drying as our dryer was malfunctioning. Different sizes of dryers available. Parking facility is good. Recommended.
Our dryer broke so decided to use this laundry mat while we waited for our new stuff to be delivered. First the washer didn't fill with water which was $6 which we eventually got sorted out to then have our dryer full of children's clothes nearly catch on fire....smoke filled the entire place, clothes melted together...to have the OWNER grin and laugh as we asked for the money replace the clothing. The owner is awful!!!! The woman who was working at the facility was wonderful. Fantastic lady.Never....and I mean NEVER would I return to this place. Most machines had out of order signs on them and the the ones that are working need maintenance. Its a dangerous place. We have a couple hundred dollars in burnt clothes to replace because of his Negligence!
I would recommend this laundry mat :) It was my very first time doing laundry out from my home as I had a large duvet to wash. I had no idea what I was doing or which machine to use and how to use it lol .. seriously was my first time ever .. I saw a lady cleaning so I asked her for help and she was more then willing too:) She introduced herself as Carol and she was extremely polite. She was smiling and friendly keeping me company ..as she still was doing her job of course. Carol made my time waiting there actually pretty fun considering where I was. Thx so much for helping me out and keeping me company I will definitely return to this place for future washes :)
Free wifi and very good tv. Lots of machines. Staff was friendly.
