Slow checkout, rude stuff, no helpful service, half of the staff sitting in different parts of the store playing on their phones. Not impressed with this location.
I had such a great experience at Urban Planet! Even though it was right at closing time, the staff were still super helpful and funny, which made shopping here really enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for while keeping the vibe lighthearted and fun. On top of that, the store looked amazingly clean and well-organized — everything was easy to find and it felt really fresh walking in. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a while!
I love the Whitby Urban Planet. They have a huge selection of clothes, shoes, hair stuff and the Staff are nice. Its never usually busy which I love when I go shopping!
Maybe update your hours on the website instead of wasting customers time and gas driving there just to find out there’s a piece of paper with changed hours on the door. The website states Saturday’s you are opened until 8pm, the piece of paper on the door say’s 6pm.
I think I’m old enough to know where to line up! Rude rude rudeget a better job to make yourself more happy. Left all my items in the line and left not wanting to buy a thing
Incredibly rude managers who don't want to give you solutions. They make up their own rules for return and refunds and blame other locations for not following their made up rules.
Its the beginning of july and already they phased out summer clothing and have started selling 90% fall and winter clothing. I think this is way too soon to be doing that. It stays hot until late sept which means there is another 3 months worth of hot weather so summer and spring clothing should still be available until at least mid to late aug
