They should NOT have the LGBTQ pride flag on their door when they are not a trans friendly business. They need sensitivity training, especially the 50s/60s woman with short hair who was cashier around 7:20 pm on December 18th, 2023.
Spent time looking and trying on a specific boot only to find out it was placed in the wrong place and they wouldn't honor the price. The place was also a disaster. Understaffed clearly. Go to another location.
While shopping at this fine location I had the pleasure to meet a very nice gentleman named Matthew. He provided me with excellent customer service when I was having trouble with finding the shoes I liked. I highly recommend this place, the deals are wonderful and the staff are lovely
I visited this marks for the first time since they moved from the old Baldwin location and i had a really good experience! The staff was very friendly, especially this one individual named Matthew who was the manager while i was there. I was very impressed by his level of competence, especially for someone so young. He obviously knew what he was doing and was very educated in product knowledge, as well as the layout of the store. He was also really kind and very patient with me- something i appreciate as an older person who is used to to young people being snippy with me when i don’t understand something or can’t use the technology. Overall i was very impressed with the customer service and will be returning!
I was very pleased with Aniba’s wholesome, kind, friendly personality. She was very helpful to me and my service dog, Chubsy. I hope to run into her again next time I go ☺️. However I am disappointed that I never hear One Direction playing at Mark’s :( please spice up your playlist with Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan. Could you also play Blackpink so that Hopper will be satisfied !
I love Mark's, their quality is undeniably the best. Awesome selection of women's, men's clothing , shoes/ boots and accessories. To get their best deals shop on their sales or on their clearance days. Lots of parking.
Went last weekend for some new pants. Service was terrible. 3 people stood behind the cash and didn't even ask us for help. Guess they were too busy....
