Only the problem here was the one worker that was unfriendly. 20-30th lady orange-ish straight hair down with glass. So disappointing because everyone else were wonderful except her. Unfortunately that removes 2 stars from 5 stars.
Had an amazing experience at this location, staff is extremely friendly. Store was well organized and I was able to find everything for my kids at a fraction of the cost of paying retail. I highly recommend this location if you want to keep a few bucks in your pocket.
If I could give a zero star I would. I brought in a decent amount of clothes, all washed a few days prior. Got a message less than an hour later. They took 7 items out of 236. They claimed they stunk and weren’t clean. I pretty sure they went through only 2 bags and admitted they didn’t even look through the rest… I smelled them… asked my friend to smell them… and they still smelled clean.. I pulled out a brand new outfit, and I bluntly said, what was wrong with this… the woman looked like a deer and headlights, and said we could buy it. I’ll admit, I felt extremely judged by her. Felt very unwelcomed and that my girl clothes weren’t good enough for her.
Horrible service here. Telling customers if they dont pick up their clothes in a precise 30 mins that they cant leave them.even though they're open until 8pm. Nor can you pick up next morning. Basically told me I have to wait in the store until a staff member goes through everything.
I used to like this location but things have changed. The last few times I've been in, they haven't had much selection for what I was looking for - what was there was pilled, faded and just not great quality. To sell to them, the last few times I've done it it has taken forever, over 2 hours. This last time, for what they took, I was offered about 1.50 an item, so it seems they are offering about 10-15% or less than what they sell for, I feel like it used to be more than that. they are selling name brand pants and shoes for $10-15 upon browsing, so 10-15% or less than what they sell it for is a reasonable estimate from what i saw. The store always looks a little chaotic, is hard to move around in when they are other shoppers, and it's a little stuffy. I don't think I'll be back to buy or sell as it seems to be a strike out every time I've been in lately and selling is easier on marketplace now a days.
I would give zero stars if I could. The ladies were less than helpful and refuse to help us when we were there at 7:30. Even though they're establishment did not close till 8:00, The lady had stressed to me that her system was already shut down 1 hour prior to the end of her night. I think it was just her checking out early. She didn't want to have to run something else to the till after she had already finished her cash for the night. It's unfortunate that regular people have to deal with establishments like this. I mean if your business hours say you're open till 8:00 then you should be open till 8:00 and not shun away any business. Just my opinion, I would recommend anywhere else before this place going forward
Absolutely terrific staff! Great service and very polite demeanour. (They were actually shocked to see me give away my kid’s stroller - looks like they don’t get as many people handing over ‘like new’ stuff for free. Something for reasonably affluent people to consider doing frequently.) Top it off with reasonable pricing for both your trades and purchases, makes this a very fair equation! I’d certainly go back several times for both selling / donating and buying stuff.
