worst chatime location. the drinks are either made incorrectly altogether ir just taste off. been going to chatime for over 10 years for my go-to roasted milk tea and the one I got the other day was astringent, and greenish colour. not the same milky flavour or look.
Usually one of my go-to bbt spots since there’s only a few in Whitby. Today was extremely disappointing. I ordered a hot brown sugar pearl roasted milk tea and a hot brown sugar pumpkin spice roasted milk tea. Both drinks were served COLD. The brown sugar PEARL milk tea didn’t have pearls in them and the pumpkin spice one had so little pearls even though I paid extra for it. Got half sugar but tasted like full sugar. Not sure what happened for this many mistakes during a non-busy night. Imma stick with Gong Cha now lol
Love their brown sugar pearl milk tea with pudding. Thats my always go-to order. First time tried their strawberry matcha which is ok. But they have lots of drinks and teas options which are worth trying. Their boba is really good quality.
I order from this location approximately once a week Very friendly staff, consistent quality, great portions, toppings always cooked perfectly Be sure to get the app to save some money!!
Michelle, who works behind the counter is a very amazing person. She goes above and beyond with being helpful. She’s very patient and we love coming here every evening when she’s around we not want anyone else’s service but her she should be promoted. I think cause she does an awesome job thank yo . not only does she make amazing drink but she has a wonderful personality and she’s awesome to be around. She works very hard and she’s one of the few people here I know that is always on top of things trying to make things better. You need more people like her but very positive beautiful spirit who likes helping entering people and enjoy thie kob. Thabknyou michelle for all you do we appreciate . Loving comming here when she is here.
Like every other Chatime Branch, great quality in bubbletea and bakery goods. The customer service is also superb. If you're in the area, make sure you stop by this Chatime, plus they close at 2AM!
