We visited a few of the main stream baby stores and still found ourselves confused about all the travel system options. We saw Shannon at baby shack and she took her time explaining the pros & cons for the ones we were considering, she demo’d the different features for each. One visit with her was worth much more than the hours of research I was doing. So happy with our purchase and can’t thank Shannon enough for her help. Will be back for more!
I’ve been exploring this store since i found out i was pregnant and I always have a great experience here. It’s a great store especially for first time parents. Jonathan is very knowledgeable on the products and ran through every detail with us, he has helped us pick out a crib and a travel set so far. We’ll definitely be back!
I can't speak highly enough about this store. It was our first time going and it was so clean and had a wide range of products! They had all of the strollers I was wanting to look at and we were even able to test them out which isn't very common. Shanin was helping us today and she was beyond amazing and helpful! I told her about the strollers I was looking at and she helped me make a decision that was not only better for our situation, crossed off every must have and more, plus it was less expensive (and complicated) than the original route I was going to go. She was also so good with my daughter as well which was such an added bonus! I will be recommending this store to everyone I know. Truly the best shopping experience I've ever had. Thank you Shanin!!
Good store, carries a lot of product you won’t find at Toys R Us in Whitby but needs more staff on the floor. Been to this location on 3 separate occasions and each time there was one man running around while there were several people waiting to cash out or speak to the associate about products.
Shannon was very knowledgeable and helped my husband and I pick our dream stroller and car seat based on our lifestyle and needs. She helped us navigate all the options that pertained to our needs which narrowed down our search and made it less overwhelming. As first time parents shopping for a stroller was daunting but she made it so easy! Thank you Shannon and baby shack, we couldn’t be happier. This shop carries high quality items at (in my opinion) reasonable prices and great customer service!
Shanin is AMAZING! Another baby boutique took my money and never delivered on the stroller I ordered. Shanin came to the rescue and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the stroller ordering process. She is honest, trustworthy and very kind. Would definitely buy or order from her again!
