Crystal was an amazing customer service rep to work with yesterday! As an first-time expecting mom, I came in not knowing much about strollers .. She provided info about the high, mid and low-end strollers, and demonstrated all of the features. I truly appreciate her patience and professional experience to help me make an informed decision for my growing family. Shoutout to Crystal! I also came to push strollers around the store to truly experience what they feel like. Unfortunately, the strollers had security locks on wheels so I could only push with about 2 steps taken … I understand this is not unique to this store because of theft; however, I wish there was a better way to secretly attach security tags so expecting families can experience how strollers moves before purchasing a mostly likely final sale product, while ultimately decreasing and eliminating theft.
This location is quite large and spacious, and stocked much better than some of their other locations. I was able to get the Halo swaddle sleep sack I wanted from this location.

What a great experience! You can’t go wrong at this location. I really want to thank a few people at the Thickson location-Angie, helped me pick out the right thing for me. Holly, the one who helped us pick the right child seat. Plus each visit is pleasant and all the staff is very helpful.
I just want to give a shout out to three ladies in the baby registry/baby department. One lady, who has grey hair was awesome! She answered all my questions and guided me to make the right choice for a stroller and car seat. Secondly, Stephanie! I think I must have annoyed her when I was making my registry but she is incredibly knowledgeable on all the products! She gave many suggestions and never pushed me to add something if I didn’t feel comfortable! What a great person! And lastly, Holly! She conducted the car seat installation for my boyfriend and I. Wow! She was funny and again, she knew what she was talking about! She prepared us mentally knowing my baby will be safe in the car seat. Thank you - this is proper customer service!
Dealing with returns from our baby registry has become extremely frustrating here, they've recently changed their policy apparently. We had some bottles purchased for us off of our registry and ended up using a different brand. We took the paper that was given to us with the bottles which that the order number and total, we were told this is not a receipt and not good enough for a refund, but they will do it for us this time (as if this is some big favour to us). What is the point of a registry, where we direct people to come spend money there, if the registry provides little to no actual benefit?
didn't give me a gift receipt and when i asked she said i cannot do that again. and the mini drone i bought it for my nephew, it is not working properly
