Dr. Narendra and his team are truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a lovely and kind receptionist who sets the tone for a friendly and welcoming experience. Dr. Narendra is personable, caring, and incredibly efficient—he takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and genuinely makes you feel like you're in good hands. My wife and I have seen many doctors over the years, but he's the first family doctor we both truly trust. The convenience of having a pharmacy right in the clinic is a huge plus—you can get everything done in one visit. And as for wait times, they’re no different than any other busy clinic. People need to remember that healthcare isn’t a drive-thru—everyone deserves the same level of care and attention. We’re grateful to have found a doctor and staff who treat patients with such respect and compassion. Highly recommend!
Lovely and kind receptionist. Dr. Narendra is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Also very convenient to have a Pharmacy right in the clinic so you can see the doctor and get your prescription right away. People who complain about wait times are the typical entitled people out here who don't understand that they are not the centre of the Earth. There are wait times everywhere, and there are other people who need to see a doctor too.
Turned into a skeleton I waited so long to see a doctor! Didn't even look busy. After 2 hours in the main lobby I just left, as I couldn't wait any longer as I had to go to work. Reception, please be respectful of people's time and let us know of the approximate wait times for your walk ins. My experience with a doctor from a prior visit was great.
One of the worst experiences at a walk in clinic. I needed a TB test and immunization record filled out for a job and the doctors were very unprofessional and seamed confused. It took 2 hours each time to be seen (second visit was a booked appointment). I won't be back.
Left work early to make my appointment for my daughter. We originally had it scheduled and they had to reschedule on us. Didn’t specify that when they rescheduled us it was at the courtice location. Why wouldn’t that be specified? Especially considering we always come to this location. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
Got there at 12, there was a sign that said “on lunch break be back shortly” so sat there for half an hour, no one came yet. Finally asked the pharmacist and she said they wouldn’t be back for over an hour. So myself and the other people waiting all left
It’s a nice and clean place. You are expected to wait if you walk in - it’s obvious. The doctors are polite - they give enough time to listen to you. Thanks to everyone there ?
