Very clean and well organized store. Martine and Ashley were both very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about their products and helped me find just what i came looking for! Great store and great service.
Every Popeye's in Toronto I've visited has always had great customer service and knowledgeble staff. This Whitby location is the exception. Aug13 at 1:20 PM. Ran in to grab a tub of protein, I was looking to get something new and tasty. The employee had no desire to be there, I had to pull theeth to get him to give me any help or even a sample. It was a terrible experience. If I was not in need of more protein I would have just walked out. Never will go back to this location.
I visited Popeye’s Supplements this morning (July 12, 2025), and I was really disappointed with the experience. Not even a simple “hello” when we walked in. The staff member there seemed uninterested, unwelcoming, and acted like we were bothering him every time we asked a question. He didn’t seem knowledgeable either, which made it even more frustrating. This was a huge contrast to my previous experience at another Popeye’s location, where the service was friendly, helpful, and professional. Sadly, this visit left a bad impression.
Solid experience overall, typical Popeyes selection, but the customer service really stood out. I was offered a free shaker bottle, and when I opted for a larger, purchasable one instead, the staff reminded me about the BOGO 50% off deal on anything in the store. Ended up grabbing an Oreo Grenade protein bar for like two bucks. Friendly, helpful, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Will definitely be back.
