I’m not sure if this particular location follows a different policy, although I understand it is owned by Brant. However, this was the first time I’ve ever been refused a part number simply because it was classified as a “Paccar part.” Additionally, I’d like to address the behavior of the gentleman who chose to hang up the phone while I was still speaking — that was quite rude and unprofessional. That said, I do want to acknowledge and thank the person who answered when I called the Mississauga Brant Peterbilt location. They were helpful, took the time to send me the diagram , and provided the part numbers without hesitation. Their assistance was greatly appreciated.
Fantastic service. The team was friendly and got my vehicle repaired very quickly. I cannot emphasize enough how GREAT Kaylah, Doug, and Jamie are to deal with.
Hands down the place you want to take your truck if you have issues. Stellar service from phone call to picking up truck thanks to Christine, Steve, Ryan and the entire parts/service department.
