Got a levelling kit installed couple weeks ago. I’ve had a very long loud clunking sound coming from the driver side. I brought it back three different times they told me it was my brake cable now they’re saying it was my sway bar links. I replaced both and fix them all and the sound is still there but they are telling me its safe and all good to go, and that trucks clunk when lifted. Would not recommend getting work done here

First review I’ve ever left. Had to make 3 separate visits to install a bike rack. It’s an hour round trip for me each visit. I discussed items on the phone prior to avoid this. No respect for the customer’s time. Left my vehicle for an hour and a half just to return and be told they didn’t have the bike rack I’d ordered. I was told it’b be 15 more minutes and I could come back later in the week. When I got there I was told it’d take an hour….

The customer service at the Whitby location is horrible. Tried calling, they don’t pick up. Sent an email they said to bring the truck by to check it out. When I got there they said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t make an appointment which was never communicated. All I asked was someone to take 5 minutes to look at my tonneau cover which I was having issues with after THEY installed. She REFUSED and talked down to me like it was my fault. lol. I took it to the Scarborough location and right away was greeted and taken care of. Avoid the Whitby location at all costs!
