I have a tree in my backyard needs to be cut down, got lots of recommendations from friends and neighbour use Cross brothers services before. I am also live in the same neighbourhood as Cross at. Called the company and Rob personally tremendous times and leave at least 5 messages, with no response. Finally got a call back from Rob few days later, and pre arranged a possible appointment date on the Wednesday. Waited for the whole day and no phone call and no one shows up. Again tried to call Cross company and Rob and leave another 4 messages. Still no response so far. Dont know why I got treated like this. Its a shame all my neighbours use Cross services before but I gave my business to other company other than Cross.

Rob Cross did an incredible job thinning out two overgrown trees in my backyard. My backyard has gone from a very dark space with heavy, thick branches from a maple tree, to a beautiful light filled oasis!! I am thrilled with the result!! Cross Bros and Rob specifically do excellent work. For some reason I can't get them to return calls lately for work. No idea why. It's a shame because I really liked using then.
Fabulous work, very careful with the cable wires right through the tree he was working on, cleaned everything up afterwards. Professional and courteous. Great price as well...works hard for the money.

Called Rob to find out he lived down the road from me. Within a few weeks we had the 60' blue spruce taken down from between us and our neighbor's. Easy to deal with, nice and quick and even dropped off some pieces of the tree we requested after clean up. I'd recommend!
This team was extremely professional. The clean up was amazing. They even saved the baby squirrels from a nest in the tree. I would highly recommend them if you need a tree taken down.
