I was in the market for a trailer as I'm starting a new, first question was is it four season, they answered, Yes. It is not. It isn't even winter yet, my pipes have been frozen since end of November and now my furnace has conked out. Called for service only to find their closed from the 12th of December to the 19th of January. On top of all that had to wait 4 months for a stove so couldn't cook forever, and after they replaced it they had to come back because they put it in so poorly. The gentleman that showed up the second time was amazing though. And they still haven't replaced the USB ports that work infrequently that was on the same requisition as the stove. Not sure why they misled me, I would have bought a four season if it was presented to me, I wanted to buy a trailer. Seems to me they just wanted to make a sale. Nice people, that's why I give it a three. Would give it a one as quite disappointed with the service and misleading of information. By the way, this is a brand new trailer, never been used 2024, a total lemon.
Today we picked up our new travel trailer, trading in our first which we held on to for 10+ years. The experience from browsing the lot to pick-up day was excellent. The whole team we interacted with were exceptional, Our Salesperson Dave, Diane in Finance, Christine is service, Siep with our demo, Mike in service and others that regrettably I did not get their name made us feel very comfortable and at ease. If a new RV is in your future, do yourself the favour and stop in, you will not be sorry that you did.
I want to thank Jamie for getting involved with the promises of fixing our fridge and having the problem solved within the same day..he has put faith back into us dealing with Campkins .it's to bad we had to go to the top to deal with this but Jamie is true to his word ...Thank you Jamie
Absolutely great experience went to many other RV places before and actually had sales people trying to sell us a trailer too big and unsafe for our tow vehicle. Brendan and the team at Campkins were all professional but also felt like extended family. Highly recommend. They put my families safety as their top priority over a quick sale. And we are loving our new Trailer and the weight distribution hitch is a dream. Best purchase ever!
