Kelly spent lots of time with me selecting the right colour tile for a kitchen and laundry room backsplash. It was tricky as I was selecting for a home for an upcoming closing. I only had pictures and 1 floor tile sample to work with. Tiles are in now and look perfect along with the right colour grout and trim. I never could have done it without Kelly's advice and knowledge. Tiles came in quickly once ordered and had excellent customer service as a whole. Highly recommend Whitby Tile.
Whitby Tile has incredible, unique tile options for all your projects. My husband and I went to 6 different tile specialists in the GTA. None of the other stores in the GTA had the display, selections, unique offerings and customer service we experienced at Whitby Tile. Thank you to everyone who had a part in our tiling needs. Honestly, this review is based purely on the outstanding customer service we received here. We were helped by a young man named James who was knowledgeable and experienced well beyond his years. He helped us narrow down a selection for a backsplash in our kitchen with some great suggestions and advice. Kuddos to whomever hired James, great catch! We've been visiting big box stores looking for a solution for weeks and all it took with James was 20 minutes. It also didn't hurt that the store is well laid out and the sample tiles are on large boards that help you get an idea of what the actual application will look like. James even pulled up pictures of what our selection would look like in a herringbone pattern and we were immediately sold. This is going to be our go-to tile and flooring provider from now on!!
I really can't say enough good things about the Whitby Tile experience. The quality and selection is fantastic, the prices are extremely competitive, but the real difference is the customer service and great recommendations. Everyone working there goes the extra mile every time I have dealt with them. A true diamond in the rough!
I have and will continue to purchase my tiles from Whitby Tile. They have a great show room, displaying much more than I could of ever imagined. The ladies provided great insight and helped design a dream steam shower and basement bathroom. And when it was all said and done, the two young gentleman in the back delivered and unloaded all the tile.
