Every franchise is now garbage,if you dont tip the girl she fill the box only half way .Use to eat here every day .Oshawa is still ok,but the whitby and pickering locations are gross
We came to this location on a a snowy day for lunch. My 2 kids were starving! Not only did the food come quickly but we were also given 2 free cups of hot chocolate and a tea!!! Just what we needed! Impeccable customer service and great atmosphere! We will definitely be back! Many thanks :)
We had an amazing time at this Thai Express. The food was extremely delicious — full of flavour and cooked exactly the way we wanted. Vimal was an absolute gem; his service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made our visit special. The owner was also incredibly kind. While we were waiting for our order, he asked Vimal to serve us complimentary spring rolls and jasmine tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. They even customized the dishes perfectly to our preferences. Overall, exceptional food and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
i am very very disappointed. i ordered the lobster pad Thai, and I was expecting to get what it is pictured on the website - i have included that photo below. but instead, what i receive is a bunch minced clumps of stuff that bares no resemblance to the lobster i was expecting. it tastes and smells fishy, so i know it is supposed to be the lobster, but this looks more like canned cat food. it tastes gross, and they hardly put sauce on the noodles, so it was impossible to eat. i had to throw it out after a couple bites. i was really looking forward to trying this but i am now very upset. i will not be returning - avoid trying the lobster pad thai at all costs - unless your a cat
A solid fast thai joint. Better than any mall food court Thai express experience I had. Serving size seemed larger, freshly fried spring rolls (or choice of drink) were an included side to our pad thai, and optional peanuts were provided. Probably the best Thai express ive eaten at. To top it off they have halal chicken and beef (but not the fried chicken / fried beef).
Amazing thai restaurant in Whitby, that serves great Thai food. Clean place, great ambience well maintained, and great service. Finally there is a good Thai restaurant in Northern Whitby, that serves good food...
This location is one of the best I tried. The owner ensures great customer service and commits to the best service. He always goes an extra mile to serve customers. The way the owner/employees prepared the food was perfect according to my customized request. I really appreciate their service and food quality! It's also a clean location. They can make it egg-free, soy-free and gluten-free. They even replaced canola oil with a healthier oil!
