this storage facility allows scam artists to sell things out of there storage facility and wont give address of who the con artists are
Any negative review on here is from people who probably DID NOT PAY THEIR STORAGE RENT. If you pay your rent, on time and not late, AS YOU SHOULD, your stuff would not be sold, and you would most likely have no issues. I knew many people who rented from this storage site and had great experiences. Don't listen to these nonsense delinquent reviews.
I have referred many of my real estate clients to Valiant Storage and they give great, friendly service. Their prices are very good compared to some other facilities and excellent access to 401. Pleasure to deal with.
Place is a absolute joke !!! paid my full rent for the unit had my things out by the 10th of the month was told the difference and the deposit would be mailed,requested and had them agree it would shipped to the office now here it is a over a month later no check In The mail no check at the office ........ so wheres my money they want me to pay 20 dollar fee to have it cancelled cant have the check number tracked to see if it was cashed like or you kidding me why should I pay the difference place is terrible !!!! Go anywhere else people the units arent even worth the money eh and barely any access time to check on them ... besides the fact they do t give back the deposits or any money they owe you
Staff is very helpful. Address questions and concerns very quickly. Good prices compared with other facilities
