I dealt with Connie regarding my sign printing, etc. She was absolutely phenomenal with her design ideas and her willingness to go above and beyond and help someone like me that really didn’t know what they were talking about. I can’t say how much I appreciate her and the company.
I have been in real estate for several years and dealt with other design companies in the past. The experience I had here by far has been the best, and it was all because of CONNIE. She is absolutely talented and great at communicating. I was greated with a big smile, consulted on my order, in no time I had samples and in an hour I got my order. Thank you Connie, if I were your boss I would definitely give you a raise. You are a great asset to this establishment.
Amazing service, I've dealt with this company a few times now and am never disappointed! Prompt, reliable service everytime. I recently got in touch with Connie as I needed some signs in a pinch to list a home for sale in Bowmanville and her and the rest of the staff pulled through for me big time! I would 100% reccomend Connie and the Sign Design and Graphics team.
Chris is such an UNRELIABLE person. He promised me he would print my banner the same day as I needed it urgently. I sent him the file via email, called him to confirm if he received it, he said he would let me know about the cost, I waited, I called him again, he said he was on lunch break and he would let me know shortly. He didn’t contact me back, I called him didn’t pick up my phone calls. Therefore, I had to cancel the online event I was hosting because Of their irresponsibility. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
They have done work for me at their old location and I was very happy with the work.. Amazing company and and super friendly staff. They did an outstanding job on my boat and my truck ! Couldn't be more happier ! Highly recommend them for any of your graphic needs... Thanks again !
The first time I did business with them my number was lost, people called in sick or were on vacation ect. No one showed up when they said they would multiple times . It took at least 6 weeks to get things sorted . That being said the sign they made was great. I thought I'd give them the benifit of the doubt and try them again. I understand things can get hectic running a business. I called for a quote and twice someone didn't show up again. So I will be using another company for on. I am not trying to say this company needs to be less "human" but treat their customers fairly . I felt because I was a new smaller business I was not regarded as much. It seems the organization of the staff or lack of is to blame, not the lack of understanding customers. I was very patient and understanding but became irritated after the lack of service .
