Would give 0 stars! This car wash ripped of my bumper! I was told somebody would contact me same day, haven't heard from anybody and that was over 3 days ago! There is no real owner if you ask me... His name apparently is jolli Singh. I have already written a review and somehow it's missing... Do not use this car wash! I have also left emails and no response!!! I wish I would have read the one star reviews prior to using this car wash.
False advertising that they are open 24 hours, the drive thru wash closes at 6pm. Please fix your website to reflect correct information so you stop upsetting your customers.
Coin operated machine says it takes loonies, twonies, and quarters. Ate $3 and then wouldn't accept any more change. I went to the attendant who would not or could not help. Seemed to suggest the machines don't take cash. I will never come back.
I came to get my car washed today at 6.20, but when I arrived, the place was closed—even though it clearly says we're open until 9 PM. This is really disappointing and a waste of time and gas. If your hours have changed, they should be updated online. People rely on that information when planning their day. Please fix this so others don’t end up in the same situation. It is difficult to give a proper review because I did a self car wash in February with -7°C weather and everything was frozen and covered in ice, BUT the self-serve car wash Bay worked perfectly fine. They need to do something about the ice build up, but otherwise I'll come back in the spring.
Stole my change and car was dirty! Paid for hand dry and when I told them my change was missing-stack of toonies and loonies, they said they 'blow' the compartments. Not true, dirt there no change! Will never go back. $40 service cleans the windows in and out. Vacuum, dust dash. Lost $30 in change. Out $70!
Sept 2023 update: the company is now owned by new owners and the same of the company changed from Hopkins Auto Spa. The new car wash cashier is very rude and seems like she hates her job. Have visited here a few times for a car wash and vaccum. Usually I purchase the gold wash package. I haven't been completely satisfied when leaving as there is still some dog hair on the mats and the seats aren't cleaned very well. Other than that, the outside of the car always looks nice and dash board, windows etc. It could be that I am not purchasing the higher package so the gold wash doesn't include wiping down the back seats. Also, my trunk wasn't vacuumed either. In the past, I've had them throw out my parking pass located on my rearview mirror and then have to search the garbage to find it. Overall, okay service. I'll likely shop around elsewhere before going back here.
