We just purchased a 2025 Cougar 25mle from Camping in Style. We could not be happier. Rita was fantastic to deal with. She is not high pressure salesperson at all just tells you all the facts about the trailer and is able to answer questions. If she does not know the answer she quickly finds it. The service staff are great, Adien walked us through the trailer giving us the layout and John and Nick were quick to fix any issues we came across. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend.
I only had to deal with this dealership for a few minor parts but Joanna was great to deal with so I would definitely recommend dealing with her if you’re looking for parts. It wasn’t a big sale (less than $200) but treated me respectfully. The other company I had contacted for the same parts still has not gotten back to me. Thanks again Joanna.
Rita has been an excellent sales person. There wasn't even an inkling of pushiness throughout our entire time with her. She took the time to answer all our questions. She has a very calm and professional demeanor and is pleasant to deal with.

Update on below: Run the other way from this company.... Sales team is great but their service department is a mess & does completely unsafe work. They agreed they would refund the $10,000.00 for the below system It has been 4 weeks since they received it and no refund as of yet.... In the beginning it was great dealing with all the staff here. Sales was great, training at the pickup was great. All changed when we realized that the $10,000.00 custom solar/lithium system they installed in our new trailer was poorly designed, unreliable, unsafe & installed very sloppy. I Have been trying to get it solved with no interest from them (Just alot of excuses) . I even offered to pay to fly a tech out to me at my cost as i'm in Nova Scotia. I'm now at the point where it seems they are completely uninterested in solving the mess they made and the only option I have is to put all the parts on a pallet, ship it back to them and have a new system designed & installed here that actually works. Very disappointed... They seemed like such a great company on the front end... EVERY PART OF THE INSTALL IS A MESS & A FIRE HAZARD 1. Solar panel install: Roof is leaking where installed 2. Inverter: Consistently overheating... no way to exhaust the heat 3. Batteries: Spec'd wrong, cant handle cold weather... this is a specific cold weather camper with furnace, heated tanks & heated lines.. makes $5000 in batterys no use to me 50% of the time. 4. Custom built Wiring: All Poorly crimped & random lengths, only thing holding the ends on is the electrical tape.. 5. Electrical Installation - Missing fuses, wires connected to the wrong spots, high amp lines stacked on connectors... big fire hazard... needs a complete redo. 6.Battery Connections: Only 3mm of screw into the battery due to the stacked wiring on the battery... these are heating up as well as the thermal sensors are going off.
We had to have our trailer repaired (branch through the roof) and Camping in Style was fantastic. We did not purchase our trailer through them and that did not matter. Barb treated us like we were VIPs the whole time. Communicated frequently, answered all my questions and was friendly every time. I cannot say anything but good things. The repair was perfect, seals look better than factory and I highly recommend them for anything you may need.
