We have ordered from Pizzaville many times and never had any issues. Tonight we ordered our “usual” 3 pizzas and 2 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. One was the spicy vegetable pizza and there was no sauce, no spice and NO VEGETABLES!! cheese and crust only. The other pizza was the Cheesburger pizza with no onions or mushrooms. It came with extra mushrooms and onions and no sauce and no cheddar cheese!. After speaking with customer service (corporate) they took no responsibility and offered a $20 credit on a future order. Having spent $87 on this mess I will not be ordering from Pizzaville again

I went to get a slice from pizzaville⁸ today around 3 pm surprised there were slices. I park my small ebike against the building it made a noice the owner screamed at me in a way a regular customer wouldnt expect. A very uncomefortable rude experienced. Very upsetting.
I cannot say enough good things about Pizzaville on Brock St South in Whitby! I can only add to the previous positive reviews. Two thumbs up and 5 stars, for sure! It's my #1 go-to pizza restaurant since I found it. There is simply no reason to go anywhere else. The menu provides an excellent variety of delicious pizza topping choices, and the crust is always perfect. If you haven't already enjoyed the panzerotti and crispy chicken wings, you must give them a try, you won't be disappointed. An added bonus: the food always arrives fast and HOT. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the owners...... what a pleasure it is to know them! They are so friendly, personable, and truly customer-oriented. Such a rarity these days, All the previous customer reviews are spot-on with their comments, all of which are a testament to the owners' dedication to the quality of their food, and their customers' satisfaction. Got a pizza delivered to my hotel room a couple of nights ago. It arrived in under 30 minutes, and was still piping hot. Plenty of toppings, nothing but greasy goodness. I even had to let it cool off a bit, it was so hot when I got it. The driver was very friendly and even came right up to the room door. The other chain I ordered from the night before didn't bother doing that. Anytime I'm in the area, I am definitely going to get a pizza from this place. 6/5!
Boyfriend and I had Panzorottis (however its spelt lol) and wings and they were both fantastic! Staff were also super friendly when we picked up and despite being early and it being a busy Friday we didn't have to wait long. Would deff recommend this location.
Same great quality I expected from other Pizzaville locations. Location is really clean. Friendly staff, open late, great location right downtown. They still have great deals online and ordering is easy. Pizzaville is the best chain pizza, hands down.
