Went for a massage with Ali. My first visit was a very positive experience. The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The massage was so relaxing and I feel so much better now! Highly recommend this place!
From my first visit to Joint Action, it was obvious that Nelly and her team genuinely care so much about their clients and love what they do. From the warm welcome that you are always given by everyone, to their professionalism and ethics and the care and kindness shown during each appointment, (which never feels like a rush so they can get to their next client).I am really grateful to Nelly and her team and would highly recommend them to anyone who has an injury.Added bonuses are that Joint Action submits directly to your benefits company (so you dont have to!) and they email you exercises, so if you forget what you should be doing on your own, you have it detailed to look at, anytime you want. They are so organized and have thought of everything, which makes it so easy for their clients!
