I bought these balloons on the 18th of Aug and not even 2 days later this is what they looked like. Although the 9 was fine the other balloons had deflated. For over $35 I would expect my balloons to last more than 2 days!
I went to party city earlier this morning searching for a particular product I had a hard time finding . I asked the young lady behind the counter and she looked it up for me and was very helpful. My go-to place for anything party related - and also Halloween. This time, went in to order balloons for my child's birthday coming up, got candles and some decorations. Friendy staff, never have an issue.

Compared to US Party City locations I really don't like the Canadian Stores much. Often what I'm looking for is out of stock and prices are not great, and they don't clearance seasonal merch after holiday is over.
We ordered balloons in May for my child's university graduation in June to make sure that we had what we wanted. We paid an extra $10 to inflate the confetti DONE balloon, which deflated in less than 24-hours. A guest at his graduation stated that they had not inflated the balloons properly and had not sealed it, or else it would have lasted. We had also ordered a Class of 2021 balloon, when we went to pick it up, she asked if we wanted a refund as it was not holding it's air. I asked her for another graduation balloon and she stated they were all sold out. I understood this and choose to take the balloon as I had no other option at this time. Maybe this was a random experience but when you order for a special occasion and pay extra for inflation, you don't expect deflation in less than 24 hours.
Nice store to visit for your kids party needs and small toys. They had a nice collection of Halloween costume . They have lots of candies and balloons as well. Tried their helium balloons once it was ok
