Visited this place yesterday to check if this store can fix laptop broken hinge. When I entered the store, there was no one at the counter, and i heard someone saying "Come In" from the repair area they have. As soon as i went to that area,this guy started scolding me for entering that area and started showing me sign that only employees are allowed to enter that area. I clarified to him that I heard someone saying "Come In" and that's the only reason i came in. Found him rude and aggressive.He could have handled the situation in a better way.Never coming back to this store.
I was sent to this store by Google to have them fix my phone under warranty. The person working was not helpful at all. He started by telling me that Google never sent them a ticket. I spoke with Google twice they don't need to send a ticket number the store is authorized to look up the vin number and know it is under warranty. He insisted I call google again. Which was a waste of time. I ended up leaving because he wouldn't even try to help me. Literally just lazy and didn't want to do his job. Google told me that I could go to any location and they would help me. That was clearly not the case.
They repaired my Samsung S21Ultra's camera module. I was having problems with the 1x focus. They ran an extensive diagnostics on the device as they're an authorized Samsung Repair facility. The test passed, however they believed the main camera was still faulty. They said they would replace the camera module and wouldn't charge me if I was still having the problem. They were able to perform the service right away and had the repairs completed in under 3hrs. The camera now works exactly like it did when new! Excellent service!
The people at this location are genuine. I never actually got any service done by them because they told me about my recall for the IPhone 12. I was ready to spend $250 but they told me if I took it to Apple it would be covered. Saved me a lot of money. For that thank you
my laptop screen completely broke and i was able to take it in and fixed the next business day. the service was friendly and great. thank you ubreakifix for saving me (a uni student) from completely failing online school
Pretty disappointed my recently replaced screen developed a hairline crack from top to bottom without being dropped or damaged aside from regular use, so I assume there must have been a fault in the glass. Of course it's outside the 3 month warranty period.
The most amazing service by far! Update, just had my second visit many yearsclater, for a battery and screen replacement, again amazing service thank you so much for fast and reliable service.
