Ordered food for dinner, I’m sorry but will never order again and recommend you don’t! The chicken was literally rubber had to throw it out. And they got the toppings wrong.
Went in for lunch today. It will be my last visit here. I ordered three beef tacos and the nacho to go. First, the tacos... Meat tasteless and taco very soggy. Pic attached shows a pool of liquid inside the taco. Nachos were also tasteless. Chips tasted stale. Person working asked me if I wanted queso or shredded cheese or both. I said, sure I'll take a bit of both. Then asked me what protein I wanted. I opted for beef. What the sneaky fella forgot to mention is this just added 50% more cost to the dish. Get home and of course need to zap the nachos to warm up. They package them with a foil liner in the bottom. Try and remove that without having the grossness go everywhere was a real treat. My bill for a terrible nacho and three soggy $2.49 Taco Tuesday taco's was $25.00 with no beverage. So many better options out there. Especially for that type of money.
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl via Uber Eats. Was disappointed they only filled the bowl up half way. They also did not add any shredded cheese despite that being one of my selection. I didn’t order rice but black beans. I couldn’t understand why it seemed like a sprinkle of beans when that was supposed to be the base. It was more like a salad than a burrito bowl. The salsa roja is very hot but good (don’t get it if you do not like very hot sauce). The chicken needed more seasoning overall the food was bland. Thankfully I had the salsa roja for flavour. On the fence if I would order again- I think they need to increase portion sizes and add more seasoning overall specifically salt. It was quite bland and underwhelming.
I ordered 2 small barrito, 1 pepsi, and Pepsi is missing when I call to the store employee told that pickup it from store , then why I am paying for delivery.??
I stood in line and the guy started making my bowl without handwashing when he had just taken payment from a customer. Then i asked for Chicken and he said he is out of it and it is lunch time, that tells me how unprepared they are. I just had to walk out after waiting for 5-7 minutes for my turn. Management please review with your team.
Wanted to share my first experience from this store and really it was bad. Ordered Veggie burritos as take out and both our burritos was having uncooked rice . Tasting like they kept rice which was in fridge and became so firm and hard. Didn't expect the quality of food this location store is serving is good. And when I called the store , the store girl didn't feel sorry for that and on top of it she was rude and said thanks for letting us know. So along with food they have bad service aswell. There other locations service and food are good.
Newer Mexican Spot in Brooklin. Owner and staff are super friendly, offered our family to try their special Guac sauce (highly recommend) food is great. From burrito’s (handheld and bowl) to quesadillas & Nacho’s… it has all been great! Keep up the good work!
