We have just had a fantastic night at Sams Restaurant the food was delicious and was presented very well the staff were so helpful with the menu suggestions. We had ten people in our party and each and every one of us enjoyed the food and the restaurant, so well done Sam and all your staff for giving us a night to remember.
The food is delicious, the selection is huge, the prices are decent, the staff are courteous and patient with seating toddlers, and the premises are clean and bright. I have no choice but to give it one star. I decided to order hear cause I read the reviews but unfortunately my experience was terrible. I love Chinese golf and this was by far the worst I have had. I ordered a few items that I normally eat. Out of the 5 2 were terrible. The beef with Chinese broccoli tasted as if it was cooked in petroleum. Its as if it absorbed the fumes of the gas stove or something. I cant explain it. It was disgusting I felt sick and puked. The general tsao chicken was just fried chicken with hardly any sauce. It did not taste greAt. The rest of the food was fine. When I called and told them about the matter and requested a refund and that they can pick up the food they got mad and hung up the phone on me. Sam lost his temper. So I called back and then the other gentleman hung up and then i called back a third time as I was surprised by there service and the woman lost it on me and told me she would call the police for me complaining. I was shocked. Terrible customer service and food. Im writting this review only because my true concern is how they cook the Chinese brcoli as t Can be toxic. So think twice when ordering here as they do not care about their reputation or to fix the problem. People can get really sick if food is prepared incorrectly and since I am a cancer survivor i try to put my health and others in priority.
Best Chinese food in the Durham region. Everything is prepared with the highest quality. Sam is very professional and always ensures the best service. An easy 5star restaurant!
Really running out of good Chinese food places where I live. I've been here 3 times for pickup as I work close by but live 45 minutes north. Pretty good chinese food.
