Haven't gone to court yet, so cannot comment on his performance in the court room, however, since first consultation, and up to this point, Russell and his team have been wonderful in my opinion. From start and up to this point, his office has been mindful, considerate, and respectful in my concerns of using up retainer unnecessarily. They have done a great job! I have no complaints at all. Legal matters can cost big bucks, and I initiated the spend. I can say with confidence that with every matter between parties thus far, with every form to fill out, and with every document to collect, my team at Russell Alexander's have handled every point swiftly, decisively, and strategically and this has definitely lifted a burden off my shoulders. My Law Clerk, Darla W. has been an integral part in keeping my retainer costs under control. I recently emailed Russell's office to compliment Darla. I said,.... "As well, I have before, and wish to again, compliment you personally on your work ethic, intuitiveness, time management, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, respectfulness of costs to the retainer fees for the applicant, and the list could go on and on and on. YOU ARE AMAZING AT WHAT YOU DO!!!"
Great legal staff and attorneys. They get results that are fair and reasonable no matter what the family law matter is at hand. Well worth the money.

APRIL4, 2018: I WOULD SCORE A 0, BUT IT WONT ALLOW ME TO ADD TO MY REVIEWWell here goes, my follow up review: I would suggest that you take my words seriously: RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! - UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SITUATION TO DRAG ON & DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCES, DON'T USE THIS FIRM. It only became worse for me continuing to use this firm. It has cost me an outstanding amount of money: THOUSANDS!!! (huge double digits) and it has got me nothing other then emails saying my account is low and that I need to send them more money!!!!! I even went as far as to NOT call them or email them as I knew it would cost me more money. THEY CONTINUED TO NICKEL & DIME YOU ON EVERYTHING!! Thought they were on "my side"' working on your best interest. NOT. It seems they only want to clean out your bank account to top up his. I'm still in the same position now as I was when I signed on with them back in lateFebruary 2017: which is no where!! My call from Russell seemed like a fake joke now that I look back on it..... felt like he knew how to use me to keep his bank account full - he is such a fake and knows how to use people with their emotions when going through such difficult times. I STAND BEHIND MY 1ST REVIEW. As mentioned below, Russell did go through my case, but it cost me attentional money!!!After posting my review (Noted below), I rec'd a call directly from Russell himself: came as a bit of a shock however, I was pleasantly surprised. He listened to my concerns and seemed sympathetic/understanding towards my concerns. Russell went as far to inform me that he will go through my files in detail the following day with the lawyer who working on my case. I have also since rec'd a call from the lawyer who is working on my case and she has always treated me with caring , kind respect and took her time filling in me on towards the next step towards helping me finally getting what truly is worth fighting for from a dead beat poor excuse of a lying person who I can't label as a man, because a real man would never but any women through what I had to encounter for yrs!! Russell also confirmed to me that my case is a team effort and will work towards finding a resolution in my case. I look forward to a quick closer on my case and rely on his team to fulfill this. I will update my rating from a one star to a 3 star right now with hopes to upgrade my rating to a 5 star..... I will update once my case has been closedthey nickel & dime you on everything: even when they make yrs. My 1st lawyer I met with has gone on "sabbatical" & they charged me to go over everything again with her replacement!! Have all the documents pertaining to my separation and so I don't continue to line their pockets as I go broke, want to go directly to court. Have made this suggestion on many occasions and months and months later, I'm still waiting for a scheduled court date to close this chapter of my life. I don't know who's worse at this time, my ex or them!! I should change law firms but have invested too much money at this time and point. I did check out the reviews prior to choosing this firm to handle my case, however, my experience is less then pleasant. If you choose to go broke and have no worries for your money, go with them. If you choose to have quick closer so that you can move forward, I DO NOT recommend this firm
