It was my first time to try a laundromat last month because our washer broke. Had a very pleasant experience here as a first-time customer. I chose this place over other laundromats because of their good reviews here on Google. I commend Tina for her genuinely good personality and customer service. This place is run by people who actually love what they do/offer. Will definitely come back here should I need to again! ❤️ They have an ATM, coin changer machines, detergent and dryer sheet dispenser. You can also bring your own soap stuff. Plenty of parking space.
I came to this place for the first time this afternoon, especially after reading the first review that also specifically mentioned what a phenomenal individual the attendant on duty 'Tina' was. As I got in I met the attendant and enquired if she was Tina. She was wonderstruck to note how I had known her name. I then mentioned about how I decided to come here after reading the first review that mentioned her name and her great assistance to the customers. I too had a wonderful experience with the help rendered by Tina. Customer service representatives from any outlet like this need to follow the model set forth by Tina! Hat's off to her.
I used this place this morning as I was visiting Whitby. I must say the experience was impressive simply because of the attendant on site Tina. She was so helpful and made the entire process so easy and hassle free. If you ever need a laundromat visit this place and ask for Tina!! You can thank me later!!
I have only been here twice (I thought it was disgusting when I visited it last year under the previous management), but I have found it to be clean and pleasant, mere minutes away from where I live. Thanks for being here for those of us who need you!!❤️
First time coming to this laundromat. No attendant on duty and according to the “regulars”, hasn’t been for awhile. The building was cold and not comfortable to be in for any length of time. It was reasonably clean. I will likely find another location should I ever need the use of a laundromat
This has been my go to laundry place for the last month as I work in the area. They have great hours, helpful and courteous staff, great quality machines, and free wifi. The location is very clean as well. I have usually only 1 load of laundry and I am in and out within an hour typically. They also have the option for a 24 hour membership. Meaning you can do your laundry anytime regardless of hours. It's a great spot!
My favourite laundromat to use in all of Whitby, great clean atmosphere and the owner and management are the sweetest most welcoming individuals! Highly recommend!
