I don’t like to usually do bad reviews, but the tikka masala roti we ordered via uber eats were just pathetic. We had to literally throw both the roti’s away. If you can see in the picture, the powder that is sprinkled was too salty. Sad to see such a bad preparation. I am going to write an email to the management but please if you can improve then it would be great because i have always loved to have from North York location or Queens. Yesterday I came into the restaurant because it caught my eye since I love shawarma and their signage is quite bright and showcases their food on the windows. I got a Falafel shawarma combo with a salad and a water, the shawarma is bigger than the water bottle, was full of a nice amount of toppings and sauces. Their Falafel is quite literally the best Falafel I've ever had from a restaurant everyone else's was very dry, hard to eat and didn't really enjoy but this restaurants Falafel was good, it had some crispiness on the exterior and it's very soft and pleasant on the inside! So I will be eating their Falafel again! I like their hot sauce it's flavorful and not too hot so you can add quite a bit to your food if you please. The shawarma is quite filling on it's own so you don't need a side if you have a small appetite like myself but their salad is good. There's plenty of sauce options and decent toppings and several shawarma types Also the employee who served me although newer to the restaurant was very kind to me and very accommodating like I don't enjoy soda much and I was able to have just a water with ease, he also struck up some light conversation and complimented me on my septum piercing so I find this restaurant to be welcoming and caring rather than dismissive or rude So I will be returning, thank you for the good meal ❤️?
Gorgeous food. There was a lady named Jeanette or Janette. Vanette. I apologize for not remembering. Anywho it was around 7:00pm on the Wednesday July 2nd. She is very kind and very good at what she is doing and a very good cook. The food was very very good.
I’ve been to other Butter Chicken Roti places and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Everything was stale. The vegetables were Mccains frozen ones, probably from Sobeys next door. And they were still partially frozen. Very little chicken in the butter chicken. There was no different between the hot and mild. This was the worst meal I’ve had since my ex’s mother cooked for me.
Have always had good food here until today. I ordered butter chicken for my children and the sauce is so watery and flavourless. Very disappointed. He made rich thick curries for other orders and then poured water into the left overs in the pan and that's what I got served.
Samosa were too big compared to others places, i was at work break , i mentioned that to worker he just took 4-5 min to prepare them. Highly recommended and for surly will come again .
AMAZING FOOD!!! They’re more generous with their portions better than the Ajax location! Very pleasant definitely would go back again! Curry Chicken was on point ❤️ Thanks again for the great meal ✌?
