I always go to this location to pick up the pre packaged ice cream. The staff are so friendly, and everything is said with a smile. Thank you for that.
They have got a pretty good collection of ice cream cakes, i recently bought a golden medal ribbon cake. It was really nice and they have an excellent customer service.
I’m giving this place 5 stars because of Debbie ! It’s not my first time at this location but it was the first time I felt the need to make sure an employee needed to be recognized. I came here with my family which including children. She was patient, kind and so empathetic. Thank you so much Debbie. You embody the definition of customer service.
Baskin Robbins it’s one of my favourite ice cream bean there last night I did asked for a Sunday as usual when i go there I see the young employee put in a cup 2 very tiny scoops of the flavours that I asked and he added the hot fudge on it and he charging me almost $9 dollars for not even kids Sunday it has almost 2 bites in that cup I told him this is too small for this amount of money that you are charging me he’s answers was very unprofessional and very rude same with the young girl was working there they have no experience with customer service I did buy the Sunday for the last time from that location unfortunately I will not go back to that location again and I won’t recommends this location to all of my friends and family it was very bad experience for me from this location thees 2 employees they don’t deserve a star even
I came here after a dinner out with my family of 5. It did not disappoint. The store was bright and clean. Very inviting. Also has places to sit and eat your ice cream. They honoured the coupons we had and were polite. Recommend going here for ice cream. With its unique flavours and many of them along with traditional flavour, I highly recommend this Baskin Robins!
I've always enjoyed coming to this location until today... There are way too many flies in this Baskin Robins. I can't sit & enjoy my ice cream without being pestered by flies
Visited the evening of Thanksgiving day. Was served by an aggressive woman who shouted and made me feel extremely bullied. When she served me, she gave me less than the amount of ice cream than normal. I gave the store two stars not because of the ice cream but because of her - she should not be working in an environment where she is dealing with people. Unacceptable behaviour for front counter staff.
