I have been a patient there with 1 particular "doctor" for 10 years. Lately she seems to have abandoned me. The worst doctor I have ever had!
Dr. Frost has terrible bed side manner. He talks to patients in a manner that is just short of bullying. Please don't waste your time. Go anywhere else.
Dr. Firouzabadi is a good family physician. Both Dr. Firouzabadi and Dr. Obney are very pleasant to deal with. They are both very approachable and I am comfortable to discuss personal questions and concerns with both of them. Unfortunately the Medical Center as a whole is ran very poorly. Overall experience trying to book and coordinate appointments is often unprofessional, inefficient and a hassle at best. There is no flexibility or consideration for patient time and schedule when booking appointments. You get what you are given and that is it. In my experience I have come to understand the mentality of most medical Centers practices are not driven by customer experience or customer satisfaction however it would be nice for those involved in running these facilities to take initiative, ownership and show some pride in making patients experiences more positive as appose to providing the bar minimum requirements.
Reception is VERY disorganized. Nice newer clean building. The Doctor lacks bedside manor and refers everything to a specialist.Recption has given me test results over the phone (against their policy to do) and the results were wrong. This is why Doctors are to give results. I give them my correct and only phone number every single visit, since they insist on putting someone elses number in my file and nobody at the front desk seems to know how to properly save info on the computer system. Faxes from my pharmacy need to be sent at least twice before reception acknowledges them. Front desk staff is more concerned with their lunch breaks than they are with answering phones or writing things down. Over all not good, but it is a good location and hard to find another Doctor.
I have been with Dr McAllister since 2001. She an awesome and pretty amazing doctor. She takes the time with me. She truly cares about my health and well beening. She has helped me tremendously throw my rough time. Excellent with her documentation and medical statements. With such excellent paper work for me to be able to go back on. If any issues come up with work/management. Due to any of my health issues.She always hears me out. Is very patient , kind, trustworthy, honest and very helpful. I am very grateful and very appreciated all that she has done for me. She truly cares about what is best for my health and well beening. I highly recommend her as a family doctor. Her security is very sweet and kind. She always does her best in helping you book appointments. Always ask how are you feeling today any better.etc. But there has been some staff that aren't very pleasant. My over all experience five stars.
