People working here are very good. Called them for snow removal machine belt, they were kind enough to order it and had followed up after they have received the item. Recommended for any home hardware.
Had some 'honey do lists' due some days, and it was very convenient to have a hardware store nearby where I could get things at a good price. And kudos to the staff for doing a good job!!!
The most disappointing thing about this home hardware is the fact that every other home hardware cant be as kind and offer such amazing service as them. Looks like I have to go only here anytime Im making a big purchase! They stand behind their products, will make things right if theres an issue, and always offer the best service Ive seen in any home hardware in my life. Being the kids too, theres a popcorn machine as well!
It should have 0 Star for business like this place. It's one thing to say you place a order weeks ago and keep getting told next week the week came and gone. Until you call and say seriously what's going on with your order. That's how you run your business by telling lies to your clients. That business get a 0 Star ⭐ for not being honest how can you trust people that lies for no reason.
Just bought a snow blower on black friday. Awesome store to shop at. Murray and his teams are amazing to speak to, very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and patient. It was almost closing time and Murray did not rush even once and explained each detail with so much of sincerity, this I have appreciated so much. This will be my go-to shop for all things home and would recommend to friends and family for sure.
Stopped by to pick-up a few items on a headlight renew I was planning on doing. Had a Tyler dude give me a hand finding what I was looking for and only got disappointed that none of the clear coats had a UV inhibitor. Got the cleaner, got the wet sandpaper, got lots of smiles. The cashier does need to find a personality though. If he is so fed up by customers at his young age, I can hardly wait to see what he's like in a couple of years.
Amazing setup. The owners have definitely decided to take Covid seriously. Drive thru lane with an ordering speaker just like Timmies. You can order at the speaker (you can actually understand what's being said) or call ahead. Every effort has been taken to limit contact. I live in Pickering and will drive past the Ajax location to get my stuff in Brooklin. Thanks to all the staff for making my shopping experience so comfortable.
