I found it difficult to locate some of the items listed in the sale flyer. Also a shortage of staff to help. But this store appears to be very well stocked.

Sales staff was extremely helpful and indicated that I was a little early looking for seasonal items, but if I could come back the next day she would have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was in stock but not yet unpacked. I found this very helpful

Customer service change when you returned items within 30 less than 30 days with a reciept and have to provide a proper reason to able to return it. Asim was not pleasant when I did my return and have attitude. Sad as he was nice when I purchased them.

Absolutely a joke for a 2 week return window on Christmas stuff. Because yes my priority is to go to kitchen stuff plus to return something when I have kids, within two weeks. Disgusting

My absolute favourite kitchen store! Now that in-store shopping is again available, it is fun to browse the aisles and drool ..... and to buy a few nifty kitchen items.

I try to stay away from this place when my wife is with me and when we're in the area. One time we picked up a couple of items. As I was loading up the vehicle, she left to "look" at something and came back with an air fryer and 2 more bags of kitchen stuff. Staff is very friendly and there are deals on almost every week.

Great customer service and curbside pick up. They are very patient and today Jan 28, 2021 the covid protection and how they clean door handle and debit machine after every cx is great. Thanks guys I know it's only curbside pickup but still u r doing great job
