I have ordered Charlie for family members who are undergoing daily medical treatments and I couldn't say enough positive things about the meals and this company. The meals are delicious, affordable, and hassle-free! Charlie meals are not only delicious and fresh, but also perfectly pre-portioned, making healthy eating effortless. The variety is impressive, and every dish is packed with flavor and quality ingredients. What sets them apart is their affordability—great meals at a price that won’t break the bank and delivered to your front door. Their customer service is outstanding! They’re always responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers’ experience. You get reminder texts to leave out your cooler bag and ice packs, a 15 minute text when your delivery is about to arrive and another text when the food has been delivered. I can't say enough positive things about Charlie Meals! Firstly, the meals are AMAZING. Not only do they taste great, they're all proportioned, they're well balanced and they're healthy so they help me and my fiancé stay on track with our goals. We switch between the fully balanced and the low-carb meals and both are delicious. They are also SO convenient. I can't remember the last time we had to cook or clean during the week which has been a game changer for us, and saves us so much time. Furthermore, I have an onion intolerance/allergy and I've never been able to find a meal service that can accommodate this. Although Charlie Meals can't totally customize their meals to fit my intolerance (which I understand given the high volumes of orders they receive), Shovgi does go the extra mile weekly for me and e-mails me exactly which meals are onion free, which meals the onion can easily be removed or which meals to avoid all together because they have onion and I customize my weekly orders around that. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to ensure I can order my weekly meals safely. Thank you Shovgi and Jen for all that you do - I can't recommend Charlie Meals enough and strongly recommend trying them out!
Charlie Meals is amazing! First, let's talk about customer service, they are super friendly, always reply to any questions or comments and let's be honest, in today's world we don't get that a lot! They really care about you! Ok, the FOOD, is AWESOME! They have a huge variety of meals offered every week. All of the meals are offered with or without carbs, vegan options, seafood and so much more. Portions are very generous, sometimes I split mine and have half for lunch the next day.
